Manhattan, KS-The Seminoles used a 24-point second quarter to roll past Kansas State, 40-13. Florida State RB Chris Thompson gained 175 yards from scrimmage and scored 3 TD, all of which came in the second quarter. E.J. Manuel led the Seminoles passing attack with an efficient performance, completing 20 of 26 passes for 239 yards and a TD.

The Wildcats had trouble running the ball, which has been their bread and butter all season. If Florida State is to advance through the postseason, they will need more road wins like this one, since they are the second lowest seed remaining in the tournament currently.
