Cleveland used an efficient passing game to advance to their 3rd consecutive NFL Championship Game, 27-9. Cleveland QB Otto Graham completed 17 of 25 throws from 245 yards and a TD. Mac Speedie caught 6 of those passes for 91 yards and the 7-yard second quarter TD that gave the Browns control of the game.
The Rams struggled to get anything going offensively, managing only 225 yards for the game. Cleveland will host the NFL Championship, where they will be trying for their second NFL title in 3 years.
